What Is the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup?

The Soul Sync Kitchen Cup is Soul Sync Body's community recipe challenge — a two-week celebration of trying new meals, logging your food, and sharing what you're cooking with the people around you.

For two weeks, members explore the Soul Sync Body recipe library, try as many new meals as possible, and submit a photo of each one for a chance to win. The top three members who try the most unique recipes take home a prize.

But beyond the competition, the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup is really about one thing: building a consistent, nourishing relationship with food — one recipe at a time.

A little friendly competition, but the real goal is to explore new meals and fuel yourself well throughout the challenge.

Why We Created the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup

Inside the Soul Sync Body app, there are over 400 registered dietitian–approved recipes, from quick high-protein lunches to cozy dinners and travel-friendly snacks. The Soul Sync Kitchen Cup was born from a simple idea: what if the community explored those recipes together?

Eating well doesn't have to be complicated or repetitive. The challenge is designed to be light, flexible, and easy to fit into real life. Whether you're at home, traveling, or navigating a busy week.

Soul Sync Body has always been built on four pillars: Movement, Nourishment, Mindfulness, and Connection. The Soul Sync Kitchen Cup brings all four together. You're fueling your body, building healthy habits, and sharing the experience with a community that's cheering you on.

The Prizes

No challenge is complete without prizes. The top 3 members who try (and submit) the most recipes will win! Here's what they'll get:

How It Works

Participating in the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup is simple. Here's all you need to do each time you try a new recipe:

Step 1: Make the recipe

Browse the recipe library inside the Soul Sync Body app and choose something new. Quick meals, snacks, high-protein dinners — everything counts.

Step 2: Take a photo

Snap a photo of your meal. It doesn't need to be perfect, real food in real life is what this challenge is all about!

Step 3: Submit your photo

Submit your photo via the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup Google Form (which is linked in the community chat, and the events section in the app) each time you complete a new recipe. Every unique recipe submission counts toward your total.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Each unique recipe counts as one submission
  • Repeats of the same recipe do not count
  • The top 3 members with the most unique recipes at the end of June win
  • Content submitted may be featured on SSB social and marketing platforms

Ready to start? Open the Soul Sync Body app, find a recipe you've never tried, and make it today. Your first submission is one step away. →

What Counts as a Recipe?

Almost anything in the Soul Sync Body recipe library is fair game. The challenge is designed to be flexible, not rigid. Simple meals count just as much as elaborate ones. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • A 5-minute high-protein breakfast
  • A new lunch salad or grain bowl
  • A travel-friendly snack you've been meaning to try
  • A cozy weeknight dinner from the Summer collection
  • A smoothie or power bowl for an energy boost

If you've been wanting to explore more of the recipe library but haven't known where to start, this is your moment. Browse by category, protein content, prep time, or dietary preference — there's something for every week and every kind of schedule.

Why This Challenge Is Different

There are no meal plans to follow strictly. No rules about what you have to eat on which day. No pressure to be perfect.

The Soul Sync Kitchen Cup is about exploration and consistency, not restriction. It meets you wherever you are in your wellness journey. Traveling for work? There are travel-friendly recipes for that. Short on time? There are 15-minute meals. Following a high-protein plan? The library has you covered.

The goal is simply to try something new, log it, and keep going.

Every meal you try is a win. Not just for the leaderboard, but for the habit you're building. Consistent nourishment is one of the most powerful things you can do for your energy, recovery, and overall wellness.

Join the Community During the Challenge

One of the best parts of the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup is seeing what the community is cooking. Throughout the challenge, we'll be reposting member meals, highlighting recipe spotlights, and celebrating the variety of ways members are nourishing themselves.

Here's how to stay connected during the challenge:

  • Share your meals in the SSB Community Chat inside the app
  • Tag Soul Sync Body on social media with your photos
  • Cheer on fellow members and get inspired by their submissions
  • Keep an eye on recipe spotlights and new additions throughout June

Wellness is better together, and the community aspect of Soul Sync Body is what makes these challenges truly special.

Fuel up, Feel the Difference

The Soul Sync Kitchen Cup isn't about eating perfectly. It's about showing up for yourself, one meal, one recipe, one submission at a time.

When you explore new recipes consistently, something shifts. You stop reaching for the same three meals out of habit. You start discovering foods that make you feel genuinely energized. You build a rhythm of nourishment that supports everything else you're working toward: your workouts, your recovery, your focus.

That's what the Soul Sync Kitchen Cup is really about. Not just the leaderboard, but the habit you build and the way you feel at the end of the challenge.
