Digital Subscriptions

This App Membership and Digital Subscription Policy (the “Subscription Policy”) is governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using our Platforms and/or purchasing any Digital Subscription (s), you agree to abide by the terms of this Subscription Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You also agree that we may update this Subscription Policy from time to time in our discretion. Your continued use of our Platforms and/or purchasing any Subscription(s) means that you agree to any updates that we post to this Subscription Policy on our Platforms.
Digital Subscriptions Generally
We currently offer two (2) Subscriptions to our digital, online content: a Monthly Subscription plan, and an Annual Subscription plan. More specific terms regarding our Subscriptions (such as billing information, credit card usage, and related subscription usage terms) are listed and described in our Terms and Conditions.

Billing Terms
We bill for our Subscriptions in the following ways:

Monthly Subscription Plan: Billed once every 30 days until canceled.

Annual Subscription Plan: Billed once every 12 months until canceled.
Generally, our Subscription Plans renew automatically – either monthly or annually. All Subscription Prices are listed on our Platforms at then-current rates. You agree that we may change our Subscription Plan pricing at any time, and any changes will be displayed on our Platforms and at checkout.
However, if you are a resident of California, you will receive a notice of your annual renewal at least 15 days before renewal of any Annual Subscription prior to renewed billing for you to accept renewal of your Annual Subscription.
We currently use Loop for all billing for Subscriptions. By using our Platforms and purchasing any Subscriptions from us, you agree to the terms of Loop’s Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
We may also offer various discounts and promotions, which will be available on our Platforms at that time.
Cancellation of Subscription
We try to offer the best Content and offerings to you through our Subscriptions.
However, if you are not satisfied, you may cancel at any time for any reason – or no reason.
You may cancel your Subscription online in your account by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button, or by emailing us at help@soulsyncbody.com. After you submit your cancellation request, your cancellation will apply and become effective at the end of the current billing period. For example, if you cancel your Monthly Subscription halfway through a month, your Subscription will be cancelled at the end of that month. If you cancel your Annual Subscription halfway through the year, you will (a) have access to your Subscription for the remainder of your year subscription, and (b) you will not be issued a refund for the remainder of the year.
Subscription Refunds
Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. If a refund is offered in rare circumstances (after you write to us), it will be handled case-by-case basis in accordance with this Subscription Policy.
