Lazy Pancake Bowl

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp cassava flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds


Method:

  1. Whisk 2 egg whites until foamy (about 30 seconds) in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  3. Microwave for about 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Top with almond butter, greek yogurt, and hemp seeds and enjoy!
