Lazy Pancake Bowl
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp cassava flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
Method:
- Whisk 2 egg whites until foamy (about 30 seconds) in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Microwave for about 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Top with almond butter, greek yogurt, and hemp seeds and enjoy!
