Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds


Method:

  1. Blend almond milk, protein powder, matcha powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a glass jar or bowl. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to thicken.
  4. Before serving, top the pudding with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberry slices, and hemp seeds.
