Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp matcha
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
Method:
- Blend almond milk, protein powder, matcha powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a glass jar or bowl. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to thicken.
- Before serving, top the pudding with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberry slices, and hemp seeds.
